Composition
Povidone lodine I.P: 5% w/v.
(0.5% w/v Available lodine)
Degerming the skin pre and post operatively for all surgical procedures, for the antiseptic treatment of superficial wounds, traumatic inuries, burns, vaginal preparation prior to a surgical procedure etc.
- POVIN has rapid and prolonged germicidal action against Gram +ve & Gram -ve bacteria
- POVIN is also active in the presence of blood, pus and other organic matter
- The golden brown colour serves to highlight the distinfected areas
- POVIN's activity persists as long as the colour remains.
Directions For Use:
Povin should be applied full strength as often as required as a paint or wet soak.
Packing: 100ml, 500ml, 2 litres.
